The voice is clear, and the volume control is easy to work. The settings are so easy to change and the functions buttons and dial control are all large enough for handicapped hands. I found the settings and timer to be accurate and it cooks beautifully. I could not be happier with this product. I encourage you to buy it if you have a senior, or a handicapped person in your house hold or if you just want an easy to use microwave that is dependable. I am getting another one for my mother.
