(More customer reviews)Please be aware - WHEN RUNNING UNIT, MUST HAVE THE CARASEL AND PLATE IN THE MICROWAVE or it won't run properly.

In my 1st attempt to test the unit I received a loud buzzing and a bluefish-orange flicker after 5 seconds (all 4 tests did the same); called customer care (which answered on 3rd ring - no waiting :)), but they never heard of the problem so I bought it back.In the store I insisted they try the replacement and the same happened!The CS rep put the carousel and plate in and no problems - same was true when testing the original unit.

Sounds like many reviewers have stated the unit didn't work out of the box and/or they got a burning smell - how many tested like me without the plate - WHO KNEW!!??

So after all this running around, 5 hrs, I won't hang it and use it fully until tomorrow - WANTED PEOPLE TO HOPEFULLY LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!
