(More customer reviews)I bought this pan and the Farberware and am happier with the Farberware little pan.This one is good, but it really can only handle melting butter or a very small amount of liquid - like 1 cup.It heats up quickly and contents tend to want to burn.Handle gets hot.It is great though for melting butter, which is what I wanted, but if you want to mix up a packet of gravy, you will need the slightly larger Farberware.
